I developed TINA to empower impactful ideas with the beautiful brands they deserve. For the past four years I’ve called The Chocolate Factory, AKA Ogilvy Headquarters NYC, home. As Global Director of Design Strategy for Ogilvy Worldwide, I designed and developed the system that would transform Ogilvy’s global operating model, and our industry’s approach to revolutionizing and modernizing how we build brands that last for decades and matter today. Design and strategy prowess were critical to developing a universally specific operating system (OS), but it took more than that to pull off such a bold project.
My journey through big agency world has given me the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest creative and strategic talent around the world, and managing the development of the OS has taught me that the best team is the right team, not the other way around. The magic happens when you curate the right team of rockstars and poets who are willing to work across borders, blur the lines and build something new together.
After designing and deploying Ogilvy’s transformational Operating System, I wanted to bring the same strategic vision, global talent, and creative execution to those up-start ideas that can’t (yet) meet big agency budgets. Welcome to TINA.
